Steven E. Goode joined Care West Insurance Company as President and CEO in the Spring 2021. Since 2007, Steven has been a member of the Care West’s board of directors. Prior to joining Care West, Steven spent 25+ years at Aon Re, servicing a wide variety of P&C clients. Steven has a degree in Economics and a J.D.
Brian Ceragioli joined Care West Insurance Company in July of 2006 as Assistant Controller and assumed his current position as Controller in 2009. Before joining Care West, Brian was a Senior Accountant and Underwriting Analyst at Swiss Re Underwriters. Prior, he worked in accounting and financial reporting for Paula Insurance Company, another California-based worker’s compensation insurer. Brian has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Liberal Studies as well as an extensive background in the insurance field, having worked for various insurance and reinsurance entities over 20+ years.
Carrie Coronado has over 20 years of experience in commercial insurance, with 15+ of those years spent at Care West. She serves as Director of Workers’ Compensation Underwriting and Data Analytics Manager.
She has earned designations as an Associate in Risk Management and Chartered Property and Casualty. Additionally, she holds designations in claims and data analytics.
Ronica Treviño has been with Care West Insurance Company since 2023 and has over 24 years of administration and oversight of multi-line claims. Ronica began her career handling worker’s compensation claims for a boutique TPA in the late 1990s. She has provided supervision and senior management in workers’ compensation and liability claims in addition to claim operations and project management for more than 18 years for Broadspire, A Crawford Company. Ronica has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science and Interdisciplinary Studies from California State University Sacramento in addition to a Qualified Administrator’s Certificate from the Office of Self Insurance Plans.
Summer joined Care West Insurance Company in the fall of 2018 and has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in business operations, compliance, and project management.
She holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in E-Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, she focuses on initiatives that enhance efficiency, marketing, and analytics to support company operations.
